PAYING TICKETS

Where and how?

The payment of fines related to the violation of municipal by-laws and traffic or parking violations issued on the territory of the Régie de police intermunicipale du Lac des Deux-Montagnes, the Service de Police de Saint-Eustache as well as the Sûreté du Québec must be addressed to the Cour municipale commune de Deux-Montagnes.

    – By money, debit or credit card
  • By mail : 1502 chemin d’Oka, Deux-Montagnes
    – By money order, personal cheque (only if in your delay of payment or judgment) or certified chque (if your driver’s licence is suspended)
  • By phone at 450-473-8688, poste 240
    – Please note there is a fee of 5.00 $ for the payment by phone and that the debit-credit card doesn’t work by phone.
  • By Internet
    – Please note there is a fee of 5.00 $ for the payment by Internet.

After you access the site for payment ”ACCEO” before entering the number of your statement of offence, click on ” how to enter your reference number of your statement of offence for the different cities and municipalities deserved by the ” cours municipale commune de Deux-Montagnes”.

CONTESTING A TICKET

SUBMITTING A NOT-GUILTY PLEA

If you wish to contest a ticket, note your plea on the reply form attached to the ticket. The plea must be sent to the address shown on the form.

To submit a preliminary request in order to prepare your defence, present it along with your not-guilty plea, as provided in articles 168 to 186 of Code of Criminal Procedure.

You will be notified by the court clerk in the appropriate jurisdiction of the place, date and time set for the hearing.
